Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FanBotify, a software service that helps Fanvue creators and agencies run their fan conversations, pricing, follow-ups and bookkeeping. Independent app built on the Fanvue Developer API. Not affiliated with Fanvue. By creating an account or choosing a plan you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
FanBotify is the trade name of a business registered in France (micro-entreprise). Its registration number appears on every invoice and receipt. Contact: team@fanbotify.com.
2. Who can use FanBotify
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a Fanvue creator or agency account in good standing. You use FanBotify only for Fanvue accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You need a confirmed email address to choose a plan: we send your receipts, reminders and invoices there.
3. What FanBotify does
FanBotify connects to Fanvue through Fanvue's official sign-in (OAuth); we never ask for your Fanvue password and you can revoke access at any time. Once you launch your agent, FanBotify reads your chats, fans, earnings and media through the Fanvue API, and sends messages and paid offers from your creator account according to the voice, limits and prices you set. Every reply is checked before it is sent. You stay responsible for your account and everything sent from it, and you can pause the agent, for everyone or for one fan, at any time. FanBotify does not host, sell or process your content, and does not collect your fans' payments: they pay on Fanvue.

- Yearly costs 9 months' worth of the monthly price, rounded down, paid once a year: at least 3 months less than paying monthly.
- A message is one message your agent sends to a fan. Messages are counted per billing period (from the date your plan started, then each month or year after), reset at each new period and never carried over. At 80% we warn you; at 100% your agent pauses until the next period, unless you add 1,000 messages for $40 (valid for the current period) or move up a plan. A few more messages than the limit may be sent while the count is checked; they are not billed.
- An AI Prospection is one follow-up message the AI writes for a quiet fan, counted when it is written. Unused ones don't carry over.
- Starter does not include dynamic pricing, the automation workflows, the Revenue AI Agent, AI Prospection, custom orders, Telegram sale alerts and the evening recap, CSV exports and the read-only API, the morning briefing, the AI sales coach, or sorting and pricing the Vault with AI; every tier sells at its base price. Safety alerts and billing notices reach every plan. The compliance checks and the refusal of real-life meetings run on every plan.
- Setup with our team is a one-time video or chat session to configure your agent. It is included with Creator and Agency and costs $99 once on Starter.
- Support is by email on every plan. On Creator we answer within 24 hours on business days; Agency gets priority support; Enterprise has a dedicated manager.
- Enterprise is agreed in writing (price, fee, creators, seats). "Unlimited messages" means fair use: Unlimited messages under fair use: up to 3× your average monthly volume over the last 3 months; beyond that we agree a new volume with you, with no automatic cut-off.
5. The free month
Creator's first month is free when you choose it within 3 hours of first seeing the Plans page while signed in, once per account and per Fanvue creator. It is a launch offer for the first 50 creators who start it; the Plans page shows how many are left. It requires a card, and is not available with crypto. Everything in Creator is included; Creator's 20% fee applies to what the agent sells during the free month. We email you 7 days before it ends, with the amount and the date. If you don't cancel before the end of the free month, your card is charged the Creator price you chose (monthly or yearly) and your plan renews as described below. Cancel in one click in Settings › Plan.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Plans are paid in advance, for a month or a year, by card (saved with our payment provider Stripe, which keeps the card number; we keep only its brand, last four digits and expiry) or from your prepaid crypto balance (NOWPayments). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length and the price then in force, until you cancel. By choosing a plan you authorize us to charge your card at each renewal. For yearly plans we email you at least 30 days before the renewal. Crypto has no automatic charge: each renewal is taken from your balance when it covers it.
You can cancel online at any time in Settings › Plan, as easily as you signed up, with no email or call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and your agent keeps working until then. Apart from the right of withdrawal and the guarantee below, periods already paid are not refunded, monthly or yearly.
7. Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, without giving a reason, from Settings › Plan or by writing to us. Because you ask for the service to start right away, we refund the price of the days not used, within 14 days, to the payment method you used. Your plan then ends at once. If you used the free month, the 14 days run from your first payment.
8. The fee on agent sales
FanBotify charges a share of what fans pay for the paid messages your agent sent and Fanvue settled, including custom orders the agent sold: 22.5% on Starter, 20% on Creator, 17.5% on Agency, and from 15% on Enterprise as agreed in writing. An account keeps the rate in force when it chose its plan; earlier plans keep the rate agreed (section 14). Your own PPVs, subscriptions and tips are never charged. The fee is invoiced once a month, on the 1st, for the previous month; each invoice lists every sale it counts, on every plan, so you can check it. It is charged to your card when issued, or taken from your crypto balance, and is due within 7 days. If a card charge fails we retry it up to four times, about once a day, and tell you each time.
9. The pays-for-itself guarantee
On Creator and Agency: if your agent sells less than your plan cost in your first 30 paid days, we refund the plan. How it works:
- The 30 days start with your first paid day (after the free month, if you had one).
- "Sells" means the agent sales counted on your invoice for those 30 days (section 8). "Your plan cost" means what you paid for the plan for that period.
- Ask from Settings › Plan or by email within 30 days after the 30-day period. We check and refund within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
- We refund the plan price only, not the fee on sales. On a yearly plan, the plan cost for those 30 days is one twelfth of the yearly price: that is what we compare and refund, and your plan continues. Once per account and per Fanvue creator.
- Not covered: an agent paused for more than 7 days in the period, a Content Vault left empty or prices set outside the range the agent can sell, or several accounts used to claim more than once.
10. Changing plan
Moving up (a higher monthly price, or monthly to yearly) takes effect at once: you pay the difference for the days left in the current period, minus what you already paid for them; monthly to yearly starts a new yearly period. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Changing plan during the free month ends the free month and starts the new plan, paid, at once.
11. Unpaid amounts and limits
If a renewal or an invoice is not paid within 7 days of its due date, FanBotify pauses your agent until it is paid, then resumes it. Team seats and creators are limited by your plan; you can't invite more people or connect more creators than your plan allows.
12. Price changes and taxes
We may change our prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you; it applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it does. Prices are in US dollars and include all taxes. While the operator benefits from the French VAT exemption for small businesses, no VAT is charged ("TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI"); if that changes, prices shown stay taxes included.
13. No earnings guarantee
Results vary; no earnings are guaranteed. Figures on our site are examples or measurements from specific accounts, not promises. The guarantee in section 9 is the only commitment we make about sales.
14. Earlier plans
Accounts on a plan we no longer offer keep its price and fee rate as agreed (the Free plan: no monthly price and 25% of agent sales; Starter: $99.99 a month and 12.5%; Pro: as agreed in writing). We will announce the end of an earlier plan by email and in your dashboard at least 30 days before; you can then choose a current plan, with Creator's free month available until that date.
15. Your content, fan safety and acceptable use
You confirm that all content you sell is yours or licensed to you, depicts only consenting adults, and complies with Fanvue's terms. Set limits that reflect what you will and won't do; FanBotify refuses requests outside them. If a fan says they are under 18, or signals suicide or self-harm, FanBotify stops replying to that fan and flags the conversation; only a person can lift that hold, and you agree to handle those conversations yourself. Don't use FanBotify to break Fanvue's rules or the law, to target minors, to harass anyone, to send spam or to access other creators' data.
16. Availability and liability
We work to keep FanBotify running but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect your plan. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid FanBotify in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
17. Ending, law and contact
You can stop at any time: cancel your plan, pause the agent and ask us to delete your workspace. Fees on sales the agent already made stay due. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by French law; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
